If you wish to cancel an order, please notify us as quickly as possible. Generally we are NOT able to cancel an order once it is placed.
Once an order has been processed for shipping, it cannot be canceled.
If we are able to cancel the order on eligible items before they ship, you will not be charged a restocking fee. If the order has shipped, you will be responsible for a 35% restocking fee and all applicable shipping costs (out and return).
If a shipment is refused, you will be responsible for a 35% restocking fee and all applicable shipping costs.
