If your shipment is damaged upon delivery, you can either 1) accept delivery and notate the damage on the delivery paperwork; or 2) refuse the shipment.
If the shipment looks like it may have some minor damage, accept the delivery and make notes on the delivery paperwork. Take pictures and immediately notify us of the damage. Send us any pictures that you take so that we can pass it along to the carrier. Open and inspect the packaging to see if the product itself is damaged. If it is, take pictures and forward to us.
If the shipment is obviously/extensively/heavily damaged, you are well within your rights to refuse. If this happens, immediately notify us, take pictures and send over to help@firestationfurniture.com.
